Ingredients

  • 1flammekueche crust (see recipe)
  • 2onions
  • 3/4 cupthick sour cream (about 200 ml)
  • 1 packagebacon pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onions in a little oil, and in a separate skillet, cook the bacon pieces without oil.

  2. 2

    Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C).

  3. 3

    Roll out the crust, then spread the sour cream, bacon, and onions evenly over the flammekueche.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
