This is a quick and easy dish to make. Perfect for a dinner appetizer or casual gathering.

Sauté the onions in a little oil, and in a separate skillet, cook the bacon pieces without oil.

Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C).

Roll out the crust, then spread the sour cream, bacon, and onions evenly over the flammekueche.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy.
