Take a bowl add water chestnuts flour, salt, water and make a better and allow rest for 2 hour.

In the same time, pour boiled water in a streamer and grease the plate with oil

Now add fruit salt in better and pour it in the dhokla streamer plate and cook for 15-20 minutes and check. allow the dish to cool and then cut into pieces.

Now take a pan and heat oil then add mustard seeds, curry leaves,green chilies and add 1/2 cup of water and boil it after it add lemon juice, sugar, salt and coriander leaves. and boil it for 2-3 minutes and pour this sauce on dhokla and garnish it with dessicated coconut and serve it with green chutney or as you like.
