Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsPaneer
  2. 7-8black pepper
  3. 2-3cloves
  4. 1"cinnamon
  5. 1-2onions
  6. 8-9cashew nuts
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 2 tbspcream
  9. As neededmilk for gravy
  10. To tastesalt
  11. As neededgreen chillies
  12. 1 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 1bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan.put oil and heat.add cumin seeds let it crackle then add black pepper,cinnamon,clove,bay leaf and fry it now add onion and cashew and fry for 1-2mins.

    Now grind all masalas with little water.Now heat the pan and put this masala and cook for 2-3mins.add garam masala and red chilli powder and mix it properly.

    Add cream and milk and mix it add salt and gently mix after adding cream and milk don't cook too much.

    Paneer kali mirch is ready.Garnish with coriander leaves.
