Fish is a delicacy, which in my community is not a daily food but is considered very special.
Steps

Wash and marinate fish in salt and lime juice for about 15 minutes in the fridge

Deep fry the fish until both sides are golden brown and set aside.

Make a gravy by frying onions and tomatoes and some water. Add salt and any other spice as desired at this point.

Put the deep fried fish and let it simmer for some minutes
- 5
Garnish with onion, tomatoes and a slice of lime and serve with desired starch.
