Steps

Mixed all dried fruits (dates, raisins, berries) together and soak it with 1cup of orange juice for 2 hours.

Grease a cake tin with butter. Line a parchment sheet on all the sides of the tin.

Preheat oven at 170°c

Take softened butter, brown sugar, and eggs and beat it till light and fluffy with the help of electric beater.

Then add vanilla essence, orange zest and salt and beat it again for 1min.

Now add flour, baking powder, choco powder, nutmeg and cinnamon powder, add all this dry ingredients in 2-3 batches and mixed it with a spatula using cut and fold method.

Then add all soaked dry fruits and mix it well. Add remaining orange juice also.

Add chopped almonds, cashews and mix it.

Dense batter is ready and transfer it to the baking tin and bake it 170°c for 50-55 minutes.

Allow it to cool down and the scrumptious delicious Plum Cake is ready.
