Steps

Dissolve the yeast in a warm water,and keep it aside.

Get a clean bowl,sieve the flour,add in the sugar,salt and nutmeg

Add some water(little)and mix wit hand,add the dissolve yeast and countue mixing untill smoth and well mixed

Make sure the musture is not too thick or too runny,let it be in such away that it can slip from a spoon

Add papper if desired,mix and covered the mixture and let it rise for about 45_50 mins

Heats the oil to medium level and fry
