Ingredients

  1. 1 lbscrab meat
  2. 1/2 tspold bay seasoning
  3. 1/8 tspcayenne pepper
  4. 1/8 tspwhite pepper
  5. 1/4 tspdill
  6. 1/4 tspWorcestershire sauce
  7. 1/4 tspgarlic salt
  8. 1 TbspDijon mustard
  9. 1/2 cupnonfat Greek yogurt
  10. 1/4 cupdiced red bell pepper
  11. 1egg
  12. 1/2 cupFrench Fried Onions
  13. 1 cuppanko bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in large bowl, adding the crab last. Form into patties 4 large, or 8 small.

  2. 2

    With some olive oil and/or butter on a medium heat cook patties 2-4 minutes on each side.

  3. 3

    You can use mayo instead of Greek yogurt, but I have a distaste for mayo.

It was pretty good... It needed a tiny bit more binding, maybe just a splash of water to help the bread crumbs stay together
