For red chutney. In a mixer jar add soaked kashmiri red chilli, dessicated coconut, dahi and salt and make a smooth paste. Save for later.
- 2
In pressure cook boil all sprouts. Make sure they should not be over cooked. Should be 80% cooked.
- 3
In a broad Pateela or pan heat oil. Add hing. Add chopped onions and saute well untill golden. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute well. Add garlic and Adrak paste and saute well. Add little salt too.
- 4
When oil separates add red chilli paste we have made earlier. And mix well. When oil separates add red chilli powder, haldi, Dhaniya powder, salt, Bombay misal masala and mix well.
- 5
Add cooked sprouts and mix well. Add water. Adjust salt and other masla. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- 6
Misal is of curry consistency. So you need to add ample amount of water to it. Allow it to boil. Serve hot.
