This is a traditional winter recipe of Odisha, usually prepared in different Pooja as well as in many function and feast or fast occasions. This recipe is cooked without using Onion and Garlic. Tasty and very yummy, liked by everyone.
Steps

Pressure cook chopped muli + turmeric + salt for half whistle and tomatoes + gud+ grated coconut, for 4 whistles.

In a kadai heat ghee and add hing, dried red chilli and panch phutan. Let it splutter.

Now add green chilli, curry leaves and chopped ginger. Fry in low medium flames for half min.

Mix boiled muli and tomatoes adding to the kadai. Add imli pulp, cover and boil for 3 minutes.
Switch off the flame and add fried zeera powder and mix well. Serve hot.
