Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. Fresh Ground Beef 85% Lean (2Lb)
  2. Knorr: Caldo con Sabor de Pollo
  3. rice (2 tablespoons)
  4. Egg (1whole egg)
  5. Oregano seco (1 teaspoon) (1 teaspoon)
  6. Oregano fresco (3 branches) (6 branches)
  7. Yerba Buena (3 branches) (3 branches)
  8. 1Roma Tomato
  9. 1/2small onion or 1/4 medium onion
  10. 5celery sticks
  11. 1big green bell pepper or 2 small bell peppers
  12. 3carrots
  13. black pepper
  14. 7 3/4 OZEl Pato Jalapeño salsa
  15. 2 tablespoonsflour
  16. Salt
  17. 3laurel leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    1 large pot 3/4 fill with water and boil.

  2. 2

    Boil Yerba Buena 3 branches and 6 oregano fresco and 1 teaspoon oregano seco.

    Add El pato salsa and 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper.

  4. 4

    2 rounded tablespoons of Knorr.

  5. 5

    In container add ground beef and 2 tablespoons of flour and an egg.

  6. 6

    Add 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper

  7. 7

    Add 1 1/2 tablespoon rice. Add 1 rounded tablespoon Knorr.

  8. 8

    Cut 1 tomato and 1/2 an onion. Then add to the meat.

  9. 9

    Cut fine 3 branches of oregano fresco and cut fine 3 branches of yerba buena

  10. 10

    Add 1 tablespoon (ground first) of oregano seco.

  11. 11

    Mix and squish the ingredients together then make into meatballs.

  12. 12

    When the soup comes to a boil add the meatballs. Add 3 leaves of Laurel.

  13. 13

    Dice 1 green pepper and 5 celery sticks then add to soup

  14. 14

    Cuz 3 carrots and add to soup. Cover and let boil for about 1 hour.
