Boil the chicken breasts in water with salt, a piece of onion, and oregano. Once cooked, shred the chicken and set aside.

Dice the tomatoes and the remaining onion. Sauté them in olive oil with one clove of garlic. Then add the tomato puree, shredded chicken, basil, oregano, baby corn, salt, pepper, curry powder, and finally the sour cream.

Assemble the burritos and serve with washed chopped lettuce, hot sauce, and a dollop of sour cream.
