200 gmspaneer
1/2 cupcashew-raisins paste
1 tspginger paste
1/2 cupcurd
1handful whole garam masalas
1 tspcumin seeds
1bay leaf
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and saute well.

Add red chilli Powder and cashew-raisins paste and saute.

Now add the curd and mix on low heat.

Add paneer and mix well.

Finally add sugar and garam masala powder.
7

Serve it with pulav or paratha.
