1 kgmargarine
3 cupssugar
250 gfruits raisins
4 tspbaking powder

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
2

Add flour cup at the time

Add raisins mix until soft and well
4

Roll into balls press then down or roll the dough flat and cut into round shapes
5

Bake for 15min make sure that you don't burn the raisins. Enjoy

Hi no baking powder but if you want you can add a tsp tx
