Wash the dal. Put it in the cooker.

Add water 1 glass,turmeric,salt put on the lid and keep on gas. Cool it for 5 minutes.

Open the lid.Mix it see the water,if needed add some water.

Make a tempring from ghee let it hot,put hing,cumin seeds,ginger,whole chilli, tomato,roast it.add it in dal and the boil dal for 5 miniutes.

Serve it any time,with any thing.
