I discovered the best way to cook Japanese rice using the rice available in Spain.
Steps

Prepare extra rice, water, a pot, and a lid with holes. If you don't have a lid with holes, use aluminum foil and make holes in it.

Put the rice in the pot and rinse it a little. Add water to the pot, and it's ready to cook.

There are three steps. First, cook on medium heat (level 6) for 8 minutes. Then, check that it's boiling. Next, reduce to low heat (level 3) and leave it for another 8 minutes.

Finally, lower the heat a bit more (level 1) and wait another 8 minutes. Stir it a little, and it's ready to serve and eat.
