Ingredients

2 kgcarrot
750 gmsugar
2 tbsp desi ghee
1 1 /2 kgmilk
as neededDry fruits
250 gmmawa

Steps

Wash and grate carrots and then take a kadhai and pour milk in it.

Now add grated carrots and cook it to 2 to 3 hours.(stir it well in between)

Add mawa and sugar after half an hour add dry fruits and desi ghee.

It is ready to be served.
