Boil water and pour in the fish making sure it touches everywhere and drain immediately. Turn on the tap and wash off the slimmy skin then place in a pot, add maggi and salt and keep in the fridge for 2hrs, put on heat and cook for 10 minutes, add peppersoup spices and blended pepper/onion and cook for 5 minutes then put off heat.
