  1. 1 cupflour
  2. Water
  3. 1egg
  4. pinchsalt
  5. cubesseasoning
  6. palm oil
  7. crushed pepper(yaji)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium sized bowl,add flour,water, egg,salt and seasoning to make a batter.

  2. 2

    Set a pan on low flame n drop one spoon of palm oil. Scoop the batter and fry and flip the other side to fry(just like you're frying pancake)

  3. 3

    Serve warm with crushed pepper(yaji)
