Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbground beef (about 225 grams)
  • 1medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoonseven spice blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together. Shape the mixture onto wooden skewers and place them on a preheated toaster.

    Grill for 5 minutes on each side, then close the toaster and cook for another 5 minutes.
