  1. Meatballs
  2. 940 gramsGround Beef
  3. 2 tbspsesame oil
  4. 128 gramsBreadcrumbs
  5. 1/2 tspground ginger
  6. 3 tspminced garlic
  7. 5thinly sliced spring onions
  8. 2eggs
  9. Asian Sauce
  10. 7 tbspHoisin Sauce
  11. 6 tbspWhite wine Vinegar
  12. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 2garlic cloves
  14. 1 tbspsesame oil
  15. 1 tspground ginger
  16. Garnish
  17. 1a bunch of toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 250°F Celsius

  2. 2

    In a large bowl mix together meatball ingredients until well combined.

  3. 3

    Shape into balls to a size pf your liking.

  4. 4

    Place the balls in a baking dish

  5. 5

    Bake for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink on the inside

  6. 6

    While the meatbalss are baking, wisk together all the sauce ingredients until blended.

  7. 7

    Once meatballs finish cooking, ypu can eother dip the meatballs in the sauce with a toothpick or you can pour the sauce over the meatballs.

  8. 8

    Serve warm and garnish with toastes sesame seeds and scallion if desired.
