Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsflour
  2. 250 mlbutter milk
  3. 125 gmscaster sugar
  4. 120 gmsblueberries
  5. 4 tbspnoil
  6. 50 gmscocoa powder
  7. 1 tbspnbaking powder
  8. 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add sugar and mix.

  2. 2

    Make a well and add egg, buttermilk and oil and fold in

  3. 3

    Fold in the blue berries avoid mushing them.

  4. 4

    Put them in a muffin case and bake for 20 min in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
