Boil your dhall. Add oil and onions in a pot once onions brown add in your spices and tomatoes stir for a while add in your dhall with the water and dry chillies. Once the dhall has softend you can remove from stove. Add water if it becomes dry while cooking.Enjoy with left over tinfish curry
