Steps

Heat milk till boiling.

Other side heat a pan add ghee, add grated carrot and 1tbsp sugar. Saute for a min. (Sugar will melt and cook the carrot nicely.)

Add sauted carrots into boiling milk, cardamom powder and add sugar. (Add sugar more or less as per ur taste) Simmer for 15-20 mins, Stir in between.

If u want to add chopped dryfruit. Now add on this stage/ at last.

Serve hot or serve cold.
