Mix the egg, cumin, salt, and any other powdered seasonings you like.

Add the ground pork and mix well until the mixture holds together. Add a few tablespoons of breadcrumbs and keep mixing until you can form balls that hold their shape. I used about 8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

Form meatballs that are not too big or too small.

Fry them in plenty of oil.

Make a sauce your way. I used 4 cloves of garlic and a small piece of onion, sautéed them well, then added a little tomato puree and about 1/2 cup water (120 ml). Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar, and let it cook.

Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and cook, covered, for about 20 minutes.

Serve with white rice and salad.
