Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong daal
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/2 tspred chill powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspginger garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak moong for 8 hours, drain water and keep it for sprouts,

  2. 2

    Heat oil in cooker add onion saute it add garlic and ginger paste add tomato and sprouts mix it well and add spices and cook till two whistle and open up and serve
