Steps

Cut and wash the chicken. Put in a pot with slice onion, salt, seasoning and cook for 10 minutes

Grate the scotch bonnet, slice the onions, shred the green pepper and carrots

Fry the grated scotch bonnet with vegetable oil, add desired amount of water. Allow to boil and then add the chicken, sliced onions, shredded carrots, spices and seasoning to taste

When its done, put in a nice dish and garnish with the shredded green pepper
