Cut red, green pepper and onions into cubes,chop garlic and attarugu,in a medium pot saute garlic and onions, add water to boil, add noodles,seasonings,chopped veggies,attarugu,nd allow to cook. Cut ur salad nd tomatoes. Top noodles with it and serve hot.
