  8. 1 kgMutton
  9. 4Onion
  10. 6Tomato
  11. 4 tspGinger garlic paste
  12. 1 tspPattai elachai kirambu powder
  13. 1/4 tspOil
  14. 3 tspPeppers
  15. 2 stpcumin
  16. 3 tspCashew
  17. 2 tspKasa kasa
  18. 6 tspCoriander powder
  19. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  20. 4 pieceCoconut
  21. 200 gramCurd
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. 1 tspChilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil And add onion And garlic for rice make it light brown dein add water measurement of rice add after boil the water add Rice And leaves And ghee keep flame slow And put in dum keep weight up of the vessel

    Paste coconut cashew kasa kasa And coriander powder

    Heat the oil add onion fry add tomato add Ginger garlic paste add turmeric powder add chilli powder add mutton add curd add salt add leaves let oil come out of curry stir well let mutton cook well in pressure cooker keep flame sim after two whistle

    Open the cooker and add the paste keep flame sim let oil comes out And serve
