Miyar gyada/groundnut soup

First thing first, cook ur beef and season it, add the onions.

Make a paste with ur grinded groundnut, add water to it to make a thick paste like this

When beef is cooked, if theres need to add water you add, put in palm oil, crayfish, and scotch bonnet (just 2 full, dont cut it) its just to add the taste of pepper and give a sweet smell.

Put in the groundnut paste one spoon at a time and stir to avoid lumps

Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, add spinach and cover for another 2 minutes, the consistency shouldnt be too thick nor too watery
