  1. 1 cup Moong Dal
  2. 1/2 cupUrad Dal
  3. 1/4 cupChana Dal
  4. 1/4 cupWheat Flour
  5. 1 tbspGinger-garlic Paste
  6. Pinchasafoetida
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 2 tbsp White Sesame seeds
  9. 2 tbsp Green Coriander(chopped)
  10. Oil to fry

    Grind all dal and make powder.

    Now in a bowl, take daal mix and flour, here I used multi grain flour(wheat,sorghum, millet, soya, Ragi, Black Gram). Mix well.

    Now add ginger-garlic paste, oil, salt sesame seeds, and coriander. Knead it.

    Keep for 5 min. And take a ball from dough. Roll it.

    Now heat oil, and fry this. Our thadula is ready.
