Wash and drain your rice

Add oil to your pot,add your rice add &your curry powder

Fry the rice until it start turning trusculent(light brown),add water,seasoning cubes,garlic,scotch bonnet

Cover and allow to simmer,when it is Almost cooked,add onions,carrot,sweet corn,green beans,green pepper and cover for some few minutes.

Remove from heat and serve
