Steps

First heat a big pan and just warm up the all nuts. Almond, cashews and pistachios. (Do not take roasted, salted pistachios)

Now take a grinding jar, add mishri, cardamom seeds, black pepper corns, fennel seeds, saffron and cinnamon sticks. Grind them all for a while and keep aside.

Now crush pistachios 1st, grind them with hold, crush for a 2 seconds then hold, again crush for more 2-4 seconds. Keep aside it too.

Same way, crush cashews and almonds.

Now add this dryfruit powder and mishri powder into a jar and crush for 2 seconds only to mix well.

Transfer into a air tight container and store for longer time. And use as per your choice of dishes.
