Take a pan let it hot.

Add oil let it hot,add cumin, crackle it.

Add grinded bathua roast it in the medium flame.

Fry it till reduce water.

Take it a bowl.again put the same pan let it hot.add oil

Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds cracle it.add green chilli,ginger,saute it.

Add mashed potatoes.fry it 1 minute.

Now add all things except ghee,oil.

In a bowl put seived maida,salt,baking powder.mix it well.

Now mix bathua in the maida.

Make balls From this dough.

Roll it out.make a circle like chapati.

Cut it 2 equal parts.

Fold it like samosa.

Fill it with prepared mixture.fold it all sides care fully.

Fry it in slow flame till crispy.

Take it out from the oil.

Serve it hot - hot with green chuteny or any type of sauce.
