Boil milk for 15 to 20 minutes till reduce atleast two cups than keep it for 30 minutes then in lukewarm milk add maida and beat with beater keep it for 1 hour add green food colour for colouring.

Add 1/2 cup water in sugar and add cardamom powder and saffron only till1boil,take a frying pan and put that batter into hot and make malpua and put in sugar syrup then make mixture of gulkand and badam and put mixture in malpua and roll it.serve chilled or hot as your wish.Our Rabri gulkand malpua pan is ready.
