I was too hungry and really needed to cook sth fast for my sister and I .
Steps

First chop the liver into medium sized cubes and put to boil with a little salt. Let it boil until all water has evaporated.

Add cooking oil and let the liver cook in the hot oil.

Add chopped onions and grated ginger to the mix and stir.
- 4
Add chopped hohos to the mix and stir so it doesn't burn.
- 5
Once everything is browning up, add sliced tomatoes together with crushed garlic.
- 6
Add salt and chibundiro to taste and let it cook.
