In a bowl take flour, azwain nkalonji,1/4tspn salt, mix well then add 1-1/2 tbspn oil crumbled the flour add water Knead it make soft dough. Cover it and leave it for a sometime.

In a wok put oil 1_2tspn crackle chilli and Ginger nw add peas put salt and asfotidia and salt according to taste.cover with lid. Cook till peas turn done soft.crush the peas for stuffing add green corriender leaves.

Make small size balls in equal portion.take one in ur palm stuff the material in it. Roll it and shallow fry on pan. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
