Steps

Put 1/4 cup ghee and 1/4 cup chilled water in a mixer.\

Mix it well.

Now add 1/2 cup full cream milk in it and blend again.

Add flour and water in small parts and make a smooth paste.

Blend it for 3-4 minutes but not continuously.

Blend for 20 sec and wait for some time and do it again.

Transfer it in to a bowl and add lemon juice.

Put ghee in a pan and put a ghewar stand in it.

Ghee must be 1 inch below from the top of the stand.

Now put some batter in to a bowl or cup.

When ghee is super hot drop the batter from the spoon with a very thin edge.

Push it from the center to the edges from the help of spoon.

Drop the batter again and again until it comes in to shape of ghewar.

When it looks golden brown keep it out and put it in to a plate

Put it on a slope so that extra ghee can run down.

Prepare all the ghewar like wise.

In a bowl add 2 spoon of hot water and put saffron threads.

In a bowl add 1 cup of sugar and half cup of water and keep it on low flame.

Prepare 1 thread sugar syrup.

Add saffron with water in it.

Now let it cool.

Pour sugar syrup with the help of spoon on ghewar.

Now coat 1 layer of rabri on sweet ghewar and garnish with chopped almonds.

You can also add some colorful tutti frooti.

Ghewar is ready.
