Ingredients

  1. 1 kgflour All purpose
  2. 1/2meduim spoon salt
  3. 1/2meduim spoon turmeric powder
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 1 canevaporated milk
  6. 1can/cup yoghurt
  7. 1tblspn yeast
  8. 1tblspn cardamom powder
  9. 1tspn safron
  10. 4 cupshot water
  11. 2-3tblspn oil
  12. Coating:
  13. Dates syrup
  14. Sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix first all ingredients except flour, oil and water. Mix well.

    Add water while continue mixing then add flour. Mix very well, then add oil mix until the dough become soft. As you can see in photo.

    After you mixed this well keep 3o minutes untill the dough come up.

  4. 4

    Make oil hot, then fried the gulab jamun. If you want to get the equal round,use spoon get the dough from your hand and put in hot oil. Then stir untill it will become Brown.

    Remove from oil then put in bowl. Then put dates syrup and mix. Then put in tray and spray sesame up.

I love making different kinds of food,.I'm not a professional chief but i had a knowledge for cooking.And i learned all this thru my hobby to search and discover some kind of foods..😊😊😊😍😍😍But most of my foods are Arabic foods,,and i don't have Filipino food but doesn't mean i dont know how to cook Filipino food.. Just try this recipe, even me i have a lot of recipe of gulab jamun but this one is the best and different taste and its very soft inside every time you bite.
