Pour 1 liter milk in a pan an keep boiling. Save 4-5 spoon milk in a bowl.

When milk boiles perfectly then add custrad powder in bowl milk and mix well. There should be no lumps.

Pour slowly custrad milk in boiling milk and stir regularly.

Add sugar and mix.

Now boil it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Let it cool.

Keep it in fridge to chilled for 3-4 hours.

After cooling finely chop the fruits and almonds.

Now seive the custard milk so that in can be smoother.

Now mix the fruits in milk.

Serve chilled.
