Ingredients

  • Coriander seeds (4 tbsp)
  • Red chilli flakes (2 tbsp)
  • Mango powder (1 tbsp)
  • Citric acid powder (1 tbsp)
  • Omam seeds/ ajwain (1 tsp)
  • Black salt (1/2 tbsp)
  • Black pepper powder (1/2 tbsp)
  • Fennel seeds/Saunf (1 tbsp)
  • Cumin seeds/ Zeera (1 tbsp)
  • Ginger powder/Adrak powder (1 tsp)

  1. 1

    Saute the seeds on low to medium flame. Now place the seeds in a spice mixer and the other remaining spices. Process it well. When done store in a mason jar for upto 6-8 months.
