2plantains
2eggs
1sweet pepper
1carrot
1/2onion
1/2seasoning cube
1/2 tspturmeric
1/2 tspginger
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/8 tspsalt
5 mlsvegetable oil

Steps

Grate the plantain, sweet pepper, onion, and carrot.

Break the egg shell and mix the egg with seasoning cube, turmeric, black pepper, ginger and salt. Add the grated ingredients in the bowl and whisk together.

Put oil in nonstick pan and fry on medium heat, turn the other side and let it fry also. When it is done you transfer in to a plate and serve.
