Steps

Soak sago in warm water for 1 hour

Boil milk in a vessel, now simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes

Add sago with milk and mix well. Cook over low medium heat

Add sugar and Cardamom. Mix well. Cook until milk starts thickening. Switch off

Heat ghee in small pan, add raisins and saute until they bloat, remove and add cashews and saute until golden brown

Add cashews and raisins to kheer and mix. Kheer will thicken on cooling

Serve warm or cold as desired
