Wash the fish properly with salt and alum. Add to a clean pot. Add the blended pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Add cubes, salt and cover. Allow to boil and cook properly. Add peppersoup spice, add water and let it cook. Add the mint leaves, scent leaf and onions. Remove and serve as desired
