A fast, and easy, way to turn simple pork chops into a delicious dish

Mix together cream cheese, pepper, chives, garlic, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese .. Set aside
- 2
Cut a deep pocket into each pork chop
- 3
Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture, and pinch together to seal
- 4
Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops
- 5
Flour each filled pork chop, and shake off any excess flour
- 6
Dip into eggs, then coat with Panko bread crumbs
- 7
Fry over medium heat... 5 minutes on each side
- 8
Bake at 350° 20-25 minutes...*TIP* like baking dish with parchment paper for easier clean up
- 9
Served with wild rice
