  1. 8 ozcream cheese
  2. 1/2 cupshredded cheese (Monterey and provolone, or pepper jack for a spicier version)
  3. 1/2 cupdiced chives
  4. 1/2crumbled bacon
  5. 1 tspwhole ground pepper
  6. 1 Tbspgarlic
  7. 2eggs
  8. 2 cupsflour
  9. 2 cupsPanko bread crumbs
  10. salt and pepper
  11. 2 tspgarlic

  1. 1

    Mix together cream cheese, pepper, chives, garlic, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese .. Set aside

    Cut a deep pocket into each pork chop

  3. 3

    Fill each pocket with the cheese mixture, and pinch together to seal

  4. 4

    Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops

  5. 5

    Flour each filled pork chop, and shake off any excess flour

  6. 6

    Dip into eggs, then coat with Panko bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Fry over medium heat... 5 minutes on each side

    Bake at 350° 20-25 minutes...*TIP* like baking dish with parchment paper for easier clean up
