Wash the pork and Chinese broccoli thoroughly. Cut the Chinese broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan over high heat and add cooking oil. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble until the yolk and white are mixed. Add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through, then add the rice noodles.

Season with soy sauce, 2-3 drops of dark soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning powder. Stir-fry until everything is well combined, then add the Chinese broccoli. Stir-fry for a bit longer, transfer to a plate, and sprinkle with ground black pepper for extra aroma.
