Soak urad dal and rice

Grind into thick batter and keep overnight

Take small pan add oil, Rai, curry patta,chana dal, urad dal, ground nut dryfryuits and daute

Add this mixture with grated carrot and beetroot

Take idli stand grease it and put the batter steam it for 10-15 minutes

Take out and serve with chutney
