Wash your meat and stock fish add salt, allow to cook. Once its done top up water to your desired quantity, once it starts boiling add your already blended crayfish and pepper followed by the dry fish, stir and allow to boil. Then add the Palm oil with the 2 maggi star and ogiri and allow to cook for few mins. Add the ofor allow to boil until it thickens, thirst for salt and finally add the periwinkle and uziza leaf, leave to cook for 2 minutes bring it down and serve with semo. Bon Apetit
