Sieve flour into a dry bowl

Add all dry ingredients inside such as sugar, baking powder,pinch of salt, nutmeg,milk and then mix

Add eggs and milk and knead proply. Cut and then fry
- 4
Allow oil to drain properly and then serve with a chilled drink.
