In a clean bowl,measure the flour,salt and set aside

In a clean cup,add the lukewarm water,yeast and sugar and allow to proof for 5 most mins

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients,add flavour and mix

Then add the butter lastly into the dough and knead until very soft

Roll and cut with a donut cutter and allow to proof for 40 mins.

Deep frying in veg oil,fry in batches

Mix powdered milk and sugar and set aside,
- 8
After frying deep the donuts in the sugar mix an d keep aside.
